pcnAngels helps you organise and draft responses to council parking tickets. It is provided as a guide only and does not replace advice from a solicitor or the council. The service costs £5 per month and can be cancelled at any time using the link in your Stripe receipt email. Cancelling stops future payments. We do not refund the current month, but if something went wrong, contact us and we will put it right. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by incorrect dates entered, undelivered emails, or council errors. pcnAngels aims to give accurate, helpful guidance, and mistakes are rare, but they can occasionally happen — in a scanned detail, a calculated deadline, or a suggested reason. We are not a legal service, and nothing provided is a guarantee of any outcome; always check dates, reference numbers and details against your actual ticket and the council's own website before relying on them. Your name, address, vehicle registration, saved tickets and drafts are stored only on your own device. Ticket photos are read on your device and are not uploaded. If you request reminders, we store your email, PCN reference, council, ticket type and dates in a private spreadsheet solely to send those reminders, and delete them on request — email [email protected]. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
